We offer a "no fix, no fee" service, and guarantee you an immediate assessment of your data source within 4 working hours of receiving your media. In most cases, successful retrievals are performed within 12 hours, and your media returned to you within 24 hours. If you are concerned about data leaving your site, an engineer can come on site to complete the work for a premium charge, to perform your recovery.

Once your important data has been retrieved, it will then be transported to you on your chosen media, either CD ROM, new drive, or tape backup. In absolute urgent cases, your data can be e-mailed to you. This is only recommended for small amounts of data, due to transfer speeds. ISDN data transfer is also available.
