Do GTS Remanufactured cartridges last as long as originals?

All cartridges are remanufactured using the same quality and quantity of toner as the originals. On a regular basis we select a remanufactured cartridge and test it to the end of it's life to ensure they match the lifecycle of the originals.

Will using remanufactured cartridges invalidate my printer warranty?

No. No printer manufacturer has ever invalidated a warranty or maintenance contract because of the use of a remanufactured product. To do so would violate the Anti-Trust laws in the USA and at best be construed as dubious practice in the UK.

Hewlett Packard one of the largest manufacturers of printers clearly state "The use of non-Hewlett Packard toner cartridges does not affect either the warranty or any maintenance contract purchased from HP."

In fact Hewlett Packard actively encourage it by Recycling Policy. They encourage users to return their used cartridges to their local centre where they are passed on to companies like ourselves for remanufacture.

Why is it environmentally friendly?

Because we re-use the outside casing of the original cartridge, it minimises the amount of plastic mouldings that are required to be produced and ultimately disposed of in land fill sites.

Why does it save money?

Because we remanufacture cartridges locally and we pick up our customers used cartridges, we are able to keep our costs to a reasonable level.

This ensures we can retail our cartridges at roughly half the price of originals. Therefore our clients can make large savings on the cost of their printer consumables.

What do you mean by a no quibble guarantee?

All GTS remanufactured toner cartridges are covered by our full "No Quibble Guarantee", that lasts for the life of the cartridges. As we take great care to fully test all cartridges in line with our ISO 9002 quality procedures, we are striving to maintain our zero failure standard. However, in the very unlikely event that a cartridge should become faulty then we will replace it free of charge.
