Recent court cases and changes in legislation now put the onus on the employer to ensure that internet or e-mail misuse is not taking place within their company.  The term Cyber-liability has been coined and relates to many types of legal liability arising from business use of the internet and e-mail.

In conjunction with our Data Recovery Service, a full forensic service can be provided to identify any material that has been disguised, hidden or even deleted.
